Burrow Global to Pay $50,960 to Settle EEOC Age Discrimination Lawsuit

Allied Universal to Pay $110,000 to Settle EEOC Pregnancy Discrimination Lawsuit

NEW ORLEANS – U.S. Security Associates, Inc., a security company doing business as Conshohocken, Pa.-based Allied Universal, has agreed to pay a uniformed security guard $110,000 to settle a lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the agency announced today. T&T Subsea Will Pay $125,000 to Settle EEOC Disability Discrimination Suit

HOUSTON – T&T Subsea, LLC, a Galveston marine services company, will pay $125,000 and furnish significant equitable relief to settle a disability discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

NEW ORLEANS – The former operators of a Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Monroe, La., will pay $400,000 and provide extensive non-monetary relief to settle a pay discrimination lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

Brock Services to Pay $35,000 to Settle EEOC Disability Discrimination Lawsuit

HOUSTON – Brock Services, LLC, has agreed to pay $35,000 to settle a disability discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the agency announced today.

EEOC Sues Conroe Hospital for Retaliation

HOUSTON – The Woodlands Psychiatry and Counseling Company, a hospital in Conroe, Texas, violated federal law when it fired an employee for making a discrimination charge to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

Albertsons to Pay $210,000 to Settle EEOC National Origin Discrimination Lawsuit

SAN DIEGO – Albertsons LLC, a national retail grocery chain, has agreed to pay $210,000 to settle a class national origin discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

The EEOC’s lawsuit charged that Albertsons allowed a manager to harass Hispanic employees, particularly limited English-speaking employees, because they spoke Spanish, at an Albertsons store on Lake Murray Blvd. in La Mesa, California, formerly Store No. 6785.
