Cruz Construction to Pay $56,000 in EEOC Retaliation Charge

CARSON CITY, Nev. – Cruz Construction Co., Inc., agreed to provide $56,000 and injunctive relief to a former employee following an investigation by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the agency announced today.

NEW ORLEANS – American River Transportation Company (ARTCO), headquartered in Decatur, Ill., will pay a former employee $40,000 to resolve a racial harassment lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today. EEOC Sues Conroe Hospital for Retaliation

HOUSTON – The Woodlands Psychiatry and Counseling Company, a hospital in Conroe, Texas, violated federal law when it fired an employee for making a discrimination charge to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.
