UT-Battelle to Pay Over $2.8 Million to Settle EEOC COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate-Related Religious Discrimination Charges

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – In a settlement with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), UT-Battelle, LLC (UT-Battelle) agreed to pay more than $2.8 million in monetary relief to a class of employees.

Select Staffing to Pay $500,000 in EEOC Sexual Harassment Lawsuit

FRESNO, Calif. – Real Time Staffing Services, LLC, doing business as Select Staffing, will pay $500,000 and furnish injunctive relief to settle a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit, the federal agency announced today. The EEOC brought the lawsuit on behalf of a class of female agricultural workers, including many temporary workers directly employed by Select Staffing.

Lexus of Cool Springs to Pay $60,000 to Settle EEOC Sex Discrimination Lawsuit

NASHVILLE – Performance of Brentwood, L.P., doing business as Lexus of Cool Springs, a car dealership in the greater Nashville area, agreed to pay $60,000 to resolve a sex discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the agency announced today.
