EEOC Sues TrueBlue, Inc., for Disability Discrimination

WASHINGTON- TrueBlue, Inc., a Tacoma, Washington.-based staffing company with branch offices nationwide, violated federal law by discriminating against an employee based on her disability at the Manassas, Virginia, office of its subsidiary, PeopleReady, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.

According to the EEOC’s lawsuit, the employee worked as a marketing coordinator and needed to take leave due to a psychiatric disability.  TrueBlue denied the employee’s request and fired

EEOC Sues Key Management Partners for Sexual Harassment and Retaliation

WASHINGTON – Key Management Partners, a Greenbelt, Maryland-based consulting firm with government contracts, violated federal law when its chief executive officer (CEO) sexually harassed a female employee and then punished her for resisting, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed on Sept. today.

EEOC Sues National Raisin and Select Staffing for Sexual Harassment and Retaliation


FRESNO, Calif. — Sunshine Raisin Corporation, dba National Raisin, and Real Time Staffing Services, LLC, dba Select Staffing, violated federal law when they failed to prevent and correct grievous sexual harassment and retaliated against female employees who reported the harassment, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.

Sol Mexican Grill, LLC And Sol Mexican Grill Two, LLC to Pay $50,000 to Settle EEOC Sexual Harassment and Retaliation Lawsuit

D.C.— Sol Mexican Grill, LLC and Sol Mexican Grill Two, LLC, (“Sol Mexican Grill”), which own and operate several restaurants in Washington, D.C., will pay $50,000 and furnish equitable relief to resolve a sex-based harassment and retaliation lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”).
