EEOC Sues McDonald’s Restaurants for Sexual Harassment of Young Workers

LAS VEGAS – AMTCR, Inc., AMTCR Nevada, Inc., and AMTCR California, LLC violated federal law by allowing a class of male and female workers to be subjected to egregious sexual harassment, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit. ABM Resolves Hispanic Harassment Charges

LAS VEGAS – ABM Industries has agreed to pay $60,000 and furnish other relief to settle a federal charge of national origin harassment filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

Moore & Morford to Pay $80,000 to Settle EEOC Sex Harassment and Retaliation Suit

Pittsburgh – Moore & Morford, Inc., a steel-fabrication company in South Greensburg, Pa., will pay $80,000 to settle a sex harassment and retaliation lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

Norfolk Southern to Pay $2.5 Million to Settle EEOC Systemic Disability Discrimination Lawsuit

Deborah Kane Chosen as New Director of EEOC’s Pittsburgh Area Office

PITTSBURGH – Deborah Kane has been chosen as the new area director of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) Pittsburgh Area Office, the federal agency announced today.
