EEOC Sues Baumann Farms for Sexual Harassment, National Origin Discrimination and Retaliation

MILWAUKEE – A major agricultural company in central Wisconsin, Baumann Farms, violated civil rights law when it subjected female employees to a hostile work environment, and then fired them in retaliation for opposition to sexual harassment, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed in Wisconsin today. First Watch Resolves Employment Discrimination Charges with EEOC

NORFOLK, Va. -- First Watch, a restaurant chain headquartered in Bradenton, Florida, has agreed to conciliate employment discrimination charges with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.
