Commissioners Vote to Approve Compliance Manual Rescissions and Opinion Letter During Public Meeting

LOUIS – Walmart Stores East, L.P. will pay $40,000 and provide additional training to its managers to resolve a disability discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.
