X-Treme Tech Services to Pay $52,500 to Settle EEOC Sexual Harassment and Retaliation Lawsuit

EEOC Sues Pizza Hut for Sex-Based Harassment and Retaliation

HOUSTON – Ayvaz Pizza, LLC, doing business as Pizza Hut, which operates more than 350 Pizza Hut restaurants in ten states and multiple locations in the Houston area, violated federal law when it subjected a female employee to sex-based harassment and retaliation, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.

Savage River Lodge Pays $150,000 in EEOC Discrimination and Retaliation Suit

BALTIMORE – Savage River Lodge, LLC and Little Crossings, LLC, doing business as Fronterra Resources (collectively referred to as Savage River Lodge), will pay $150,000 and furnish significant equitable relief to settle federal charges that they discriminated against an employee because of her pregnancy and then fired her.

EEOC Sues Ecoserv, Charging a Pattern or Practice of Not Hiring Black, Female and Older Applicants
