Academy Mortgage to Pay $75,000 in EEOC Sexual Harassment Charge

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Academy Mortgage Corporation, an Albuquerque mortgage lending company, has entered into a public conciliation agreement with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to resolve a sex discrimination and retaliation charge, the federal agency announced today.

J.A. Croson Pays $1.6 Million to Settle EEOC Racial Harassment and Retaliation Lawsuit

TAMPA, Fla. – J.A. Croson, a Sorrento, Florida-based plumbing and HVAC contractor, agreed to pay $1.6 million and to provide other equitable relief to settle a race and national origin harassment and retaliation lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) on behalf of 17 former Black and Hispanic J.A. Sandia Transportation Reaches $97,500 Settlement with EEOC in Harassment Case

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – Sandia Transportation, L.L.C. has agreed to pay $97,500 to settle an employment discrimination lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.
