ISS Facility Services to Pay $47,500 to Settle Disability Discrimination Lawsuit

ATLANTA – ISS Facility Services, Inc. (ISS), a workplace experience and facility management company, will pay $47,500 and provide other relief to settle a disability discrimination and retaliation lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

Grady Memorial Hospital Corporation to Pay $55,000 to Settle EEOC Disability Suit

ATLANTA – Grady Memorial Hospital Corporation, a public hospital in Atlanta, Ga., will pay $55,000 and furnish other relief to settle a disability discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the federal agency announced today.

EEOC Sues Grady Memorial Hospital for Disability Discrimination

ATLANTA – Grady Memorial Hospital Corporation, a public hospital in Atlanta, violated federal law by failing to accommodate its employee’s disability and then firing her because of her disability, the U.S. Equal Employment Oppor­tunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a recently filed lawsuit.

Ranew’s Management Company to Pay $250,000 to Settle Disability Discrimination Lawsuit

ATLANTA – Ranew’s Management Company, Inc. (“Ranew’s”), a local, state, and national provider of fabrication, coating, and assembly products, will pay $250,000 to settle a disability discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.
