EEOC Sues Yellowhouse Machinery for Disability Discrimination

OKLAHOMA CITY — Yellowhouse Machinery Co., operator of construction and heavy equipment dealerships across Texas and Oklahoma, violated federal law when it failed to provide a reasonable accommodation for an employee with a disability at its McAlester, Oklahoma dealership, ultimately forcing her to quit, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit announced today.

EEOC Sues Walmart for Disability Discrimination

Kwik Trip Inc. to Pay $35,000 in EEOC Disability Discrimination Charge

MILWAUKEE – Kwik Trip Inc., a family-owned gasoline station and convenience store with over 800 locations in the upper Midwest, agreed to resolve a discrimination charge filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

Charter Communications to Pay $60,000 in EEOC Disability Discrimination Lawsuit

MILWAUKEE – Charter Communications, LLC, a broadband connectivity company and cable operator also known as Spectrum, will pay $60,000 and provide other relief to settle a disability accommodation lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.
