Menards to Pay $25,000 to Settle EEOC Sexual Harassment Suit

DETROIT – Menards, Inc., which operates over 300 home improvement stores, will pay $25,000 to settle a sexual harassment lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

EEOC Sues Charter Senior Living for Disability Discrimination

SYLVANIA, OH—Charter Senior Living, LLC, which operates living communities for seniors, has been sued by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for discharging an employee because she has nerve damage. EEOC Sues DBBH Holdings for Retaliatory Discharge

RALEIGH, N.C. – Washington, N.C.-based DBBH Holdings, Inc., operating as David’s Trash Service, violated federal law when it fired female driver Danielle Spruill for complaining about sex discrimination, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.
