EEOC Sues U.S. Steel for Pregnancy Discrimination and Retaliation

MINNEAPOLIS – U.S. Steel, a multinational steel and iron mining company, violated federal law when it failed to provide an employee with a reasonable accommodation for her pregnancy, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit announced today.

Martinez Animal Hospital to Pay $20,000 to Settle EEOC Retaliation Charge

MARTINEZ, Calif. – Martinez Animal Hospital agreed to provide $20,000 to a former employee following an investigation by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

Two Las Vegas Strip Resort & Casinos Settle EEOC Religious Discrimination Charges

LAS VEGAS – Aria Resort and Casino, LLC, and the Luxor Resort and Casino, LLC, resolved charges of religious discrimination filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

ABM Resolves EEOC Disability Charge
