K&L Auto Crushers Settles EEOC Disability Discrimination Suit

DALLAS – Tyler, Texas-based K&L Auto Crushers will pay $90,000 and furnish other relief to settle a disability discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the agency announced today.

Sonic Drive-In Sued by EEOC for Sexual Harassment

DALLAS — At least three teen female carhops were subjected to sex harassment by SDI of Mineola, LLC, doing business as Sonic Drive-In, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit announced today.

American Addiction Centers Settles EEOC Pregnancy Discrimination Suit

DALLAS – Dallas-based Greenhouse Outpatient Center and its parent company, American Addiction Centers, agreed to damages of $146,613 and provide other relief to settle a pregnancy discrimination lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.
