Logic Staffing to Pay $217,500 in EEOC Religious Discrimination, Retaliation Lawsuit

SEATTLE – Logic Staffing, a Washington-based staffing and recruiting agency, agreed to pay $217,500 after failing to hire a Muslim job applicant after he asked about a religious accommodation to attend Friday prayer. Washington State Department of Transportation Settles Disability Discrimination Complaint Filed With EEOC

SEATTLE – The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) has agreed to pay $57,577 in compensatory damages and back pay and provide other injunctive relief following an investigation by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the agency announced today.

Don’s Specialty Meats to Pay $67,500 to Resolve EEOC Lawsuit

NEW ORLEANS – Don’s Specialty Meats, Inc., a food preparer and retailer in Scott and Carencro, Louisiana, has agreed to pay a former employee $67,500 to settle a lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the agency announced today.
