EEOC Sues South Valley Care Center for Age Discrimination and Retaliation

Landry’s Seafood House to Pay $95,000 in EEOC National Origin Harassment Lawsuit

EEOC’s Phoenix District Sues Three Employers for Sexual Harassment

Circle K to Pay $8 Million to Resolve EEOC Disability, Pregnancy, and Retaliation Charges
