EEOC Sues Asphalt Paving Systems for Racial Harassment

Corning to Pay $120,000 to Settle EEOC Sex Discrimination Case

NEW YORK – Corning Incorporated will pay $120,000 and furnish other relief to settle a sex discrimination lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

Verona Area School District Settles EEOC Equal Pay Lawsuit
