EEOC Sues the Ohio State University for Age Discrimination

OneSource Staffing Settles EEOC Discrimination Charges

PHILADELPHIA — The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Wilkes-Barre, Pa.-based staffing firm OneSource Staffing, LLC reached a voluntary conciliation agreement to resolve two discrimination charges, the federal agency announced today.

Capital City Dental Care to Pay $100,000 To Settle EEOC Age Discrimination Suit

HARRISBURG, Pa. – Capital City Dental Care, a dental practice headquartered in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania suburb of Camp Hill, will pay $100,000 and furnish significant equitable relief to settle a federal age discrimination lawsuit, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced today.
