EEOC Sues United Pride Dairy for National Origin Discrimination and Sexual Harassment

EEOC Files Subpoena Enforcement Action Against Financial Services Giant Northwestern Mutual Over Allegations of DEI-Related Discrimination

EEOC Issues Federal Workforce Report for Fiscal Year 2021

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) today released its Annual Report on the Federal Workforce for fiscal year (FY) 2021.
