James Outtz, Ph.D., is the CEO of Outtz and Associates, which is located in Washington D.C.. For nearly 30 years He has worked as a consultant and expert witness on a variety of legal cases, including numerous race discrimination cases. His expertise in race discrimination issues, selection system design and extensive work within the public and private sectors makes him a highly sought after legal compliance consultant and testifying expert. Outtz’s expertise in the area of race discrimination, adverse impact and selection system design are further demonstrated by his published work on these topics, including contributing to two books on the subject.
