Data Governance Board

The EEOC Data Governance Board (DGB) provides executive leadership and oversight for the development and implementation of the policies and processes which govern the collection or creation, management, use, and disclosure of EEOC data. The EEOC DGB was created by Charter on April 19, 2018. The agency’s Chief Data Officer (CDO) serves as the Chair of the DGB.

Please note that effective May 29, 2018, the EEOC’s Office of Research, Information and Planning officially became the EEOC’s Office of Enterprise Data and Analytics (OEDA). The agency’s CDO also serves as the Director of OEDA.
