Pizza Hut Franchisee Ayvaz to Pay $35,000 in EEOC Sex-Based Harassment and Retaliation Suit

HOUSTON – Ayvaz Pizza, LLC, doing business as Pizza Hut, which operates more than 350 Pizza Hut restaurants around the country, including multiple locations in the Houston area, will pay $35,000 and furnish other relief to settle a sex harassment and retaliation lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

Epiq Food Hall to Pay $54,000 in EEOC Racial Harassment Suit

WASHINGTON – Epiq Food Hall Woodbridge, LLC, which owned and operated a food hall in Woodbridge, Virginia, will pay $54,000 and provide other relief to settle a racial harassment lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.
