EEOC v. Stan Koch Trucking

In EEOC’s lawsuit against Stan Koch Trucking (“Koch”), the District Court of Minnesota recently ruled in favor of the EEOC and found that Koch had used a physical abilities test that discriminated against women applicants and employees. Women applicants and employees who were not hired or were terminated between approximately 2013 and 2018 because they failed the CRT test are entitled to backpay.
