For individuals who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, you can reach EEOC by videophone at 1-844-234-5122. If you have a disability which prevents you from accessing the Public Portal or you otherwise have difficulty with accessing the portal, please call 1-800-669-4000.

The Honolulu Local Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Street metered parking is available, or public parking can be found at the Waterfront Plaza garage off Pohukaina Street. Visitors to our office must present a photo ID at the security entrance of the building.

You are encouraged to visit the EEOC Public Portal (https://publicportal.eeoc.gov/) to start the filing process and to schedule an intake appointment. You have the option to schedule an interview that will be conducted by phone, an interview using Microsoft Teams Video from your own location, or an in-person interview at the EEOC location with an EEOC staff member. Please be advised that based on staffing availability, a scheduled in-person interview may be conducted by video using EEOC office equipment.
