Filterfresh Coffee Services, Inc., a coffee service provider with more than 40 locations nationwide, will pay $90,000 to settle a sex discrimination lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the agency announced today.

Leona's Pizzeria, Inc. has refused to abide by the terms of a conciliation agreement reached with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to resolve a class-wide sexual harassment finding, according to a lawsuit filed by the federal agency in court today.
