EEOC Settles Class Suit for Black Employees at Racially Hostile Workplace

HOUSTON – U.S. District Judge Lee Rosenthal granted final approval yesterday to the settlement of discrimination claims against Quietflex Manufacturing Company, L.P. (the company).
