As Vice President and Chief Personnel Officer (CPO), Horacio Rozanski is responsible for the programs and strategies that allow Booz Allen Hamilton to attract, develop, and retain the best people in the world. He leads the firm’s recruiting, human resources, learning & development, diversity, strategic people initiatives, total rewards, and executive services functions.

Mr. Rozanski joined the firm in 1992 to focus on marketing and channel strategy across a range of industries. He was elected vice president in 1999, and appointed CPO by the Board of Directors in 2002.

During Mr. Rozanski’s tenure as CPO, Booz Allen has grown its staff at unprecedented rates, garnered significant awards and recognition for its people programs, and launched several transformational initiatives, such as the Board Diversity Initiative (BDI).

Mr. Rozanski holds an MBA with high honors from the University of Chicago and a BBA (summa cum laude) from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. He sits on the Board of Advisors for Catalyst and on the Board of Advisors for the Hidden Brain Drain task force.
