John Douglass has been an Investigator with the New York District Office of the EEOC since 2001. He spent 7 years as Supervisor of the CRTI Unit, overseeing the processing of all intake inquiries and charges submitted to the office by mail, phone, and in person. Prior to joining the EEOC, John was a paralegal with the Department of Justice.
