Office Hours

Office Hours: The Atlanta District Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except for Federal holidays. Individuals visiting the office must pass through building security, which requires photo identification and metal detector screening.

Intake Hours: Scheduled interviews by appointment are available Monday through Thursday at 8:45 a.m., 10:45 a.m., and 1:30 p.m., respectively. The office will accept walk-ins on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Although walk-ins are accepted, it is strongly encouraged that individuals schedule appointments because scheduled appointments receive priority attention. Individuals who arrive later than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment will be treated as walk-ins and may have to reschedule a later time or date to be interviewed by office personnel.

To submit an inquiry and schedule an appointment for an interview we encourage individuals to use the online system at https://publicportal.eeoc.gov/portal/. The system can also be accessed by going directly to our website at www.eeoc.gov.
