Jeffrey A. Norris is a partner with Norris, Tysse, Lampley & Lakis, LLP, a Washington, D.C. management labor and employment law firm with a unique practice. Like other management firms, it represents corporate clients in all phases of employment law, from providing routine advice and counsel in day-to-day human resources administration, to litigating complex cases in the federal courts.

Norris, Tysse, Lampley & Lakis, LLP also represents and staffs the Equal Employment Advisory Council ("EEAC"), the nation's leading employer association specializing in equal employment opportunity and affirmative action compliance. Through their work for EEAC, the firm's attorneys and non-attorney professionals regularly monitor, analyze, and report on significant developments affecting corporate human resources compliance programs, and they maintain close working relationships with key government officials responsible for the development, interpretation, and enforcement of federal labor and employment law policy. Mr. Norris has served as President of EEAC since 1988. Under his leadership, EEAC has more than doubled in membership, instituted a widely respected curriculum of training programs, and has expanded greatly the scope of services provided to members.

Prior to joining Norris, Tysse, Lampley & Lakis, LLP, Mr. Norris spent more than six years with the NLRB. While at the Board, he served as Chief Legal Counsel to one of the Board Members. Mr. Norris is a graduate of Bucknell University and the Cornell University Law School.
