Jason Zuckerman

Meeting of July 18, 2012 – Public Input into the Development of EEOC's Strategic Enforcement Plan

Jason Zuckerman is Senior Legal Advisor to the Special Counsel at the U.S. Office of Special Counsel. Prior to joining the OSC, Zuckerman litigated whistleblower retaliation, discrimination, and qui tam cases, including cases setting precedent on the scope of whistleblower protections for private and public sector employees. In addition, Zuckerman worked with public interest organizations to draft and secure passage of whistleblower protection laws, and has written more than twenty articles on whistleblower laws. Zuckerman was recognized by Washingtonian magazine as a "Top Whistleblower Lawyer" and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® in the category of employment law. Zuckerman graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University and received his law degree from the University of Virginia. In law school, he received the University of Virginia School of Law's Pro Bono Award for his advocacy on behalf of prison inmates and mentally disabled individuals.
