As public and employee awareness of pay equity is rising, laws are changing, and perceptions about pay strongly influence employee retention and morale. It is important that organizations foster transparency, build credibility, and communicate with employees about pay and removing barriers to pay equity. This workshop provides guidance on pay equity and discusses best practice and strategies to promote equitable workplaces and avoid pay equity pitfalls.
