Please be advised that, you have the option to schedule a telephone interview, an interview by video with an EEOC representative, or an in-person interview at our office.  Individuals who come into the office without an appointment will be screened for appropriate follow-up. Scheduling an interview is strongly recommended and individuals with appointments will be given priority.

There are strict deadlines for filing a charge of discrimination, please review the information in the timeliness tab or call 1-800-669-4000. 

For individuals who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, you can reach EEOC by videophone at 1-844-234-5122. If you have a disability which prevents you from accessing the Public Portal or you otherwise have difficulty with accessing the portal, please call 1-800-669-4000.

The Las Vegas Office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Please note that we will make every effort to take your Charge of Discrimination during your visit. In some instances, staff may not be able to conduct a full interview but will instead answer your questions and share key information, including next steps for filing a charge. Individuals who have scheduled in-person appointments through the Public Portal will be seen at the scheduled appointment time. Walk-ins will be seen on a “first come, first served basis,” with those having imminent filing deadlines seen first.

Directions

The Las Vegas Local Office is located inside the Lloyd D. George U.S. Courthouse. The building has a security check-in, and all visitors are required to clear airport-style security. Office visitors must also present a valid state or federal identification (i.e., state driver's license, state I.D. or U.S. passport) to gain entrance into the building. There is an onsite café located on the 1st floor of the building open 7:30 a.m.–2 p.m. weekdays. Vending machines are 24/7 located on the 5th floor of the building. There is metered street parking and commercial parking lots in the area. Public transportation is available via Regional Transportation Commission (RTC). The nearest taxi stand is three blocks away at the D Hotel.
