||The Indianapolis District Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Please be advised that due to the recent outbreak of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), the Indianapolis District Office has temporarily transitioned to a 100% telephonic intake platform. No In-Person appointments will be conducted for the foreseeable future. If you have previously scheduled an In-Person appointment, your appointment will be manually changed to telephonic, and you will be notified of this change by e-mail. The Indianapolis District Office will not accept walk-ins during this time. If a Charging Party attempts a walk-in, they will be referred back to the EEOC Public Portal (https://publicportal.eeoc.gov/) to schedule an appointment.
Charging Parties who are within sixty days of their filing deadline may call +1 (463) 999-1240, where they will be prompted to leave a detailed message that includes their name, their EEOC Inquiry Number, and their call back number. An EEOC Intake Representative will reach out to the Charging party within three (3) business days.
