Nashville-based NDI Office Furniture, LLC, the largest office furniture distributor in the Southern United States, violated federal law by systematically refusing to hire women to work at its Birmingham warehouse, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.
