EEOC and CCS Facility Services Conciliate Sexual Harassment Finding
RENTON, Wash. – CCS Facility Services, Inc. has agreed to provide payment and furnish other relief to resolve a sexual harassment complaint filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the agency announced today.

EEOC Sues Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta for Religious Discrimination
ATLANTA – Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA), a pediatric healthcare system in Georgia, violated federal law when it fired a maintenance assistant for requesting a religious exemption to its influenza vaccination policy, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit it filed today.

Qualtool Agrees to Pay $50,000 to Settle EEOC Sex Discrimination Lawsuit
MIAMI – Qualtool, Inc., a Tavares, Florida tool manufacturing company, will pay $50,000 and furnish other relief to settle a sex discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.
